No Name Book Group
August 31

The No Name Book Group is an adult-only book discussion group that reads a variety of genres and subjects, such as contemporary, historical, and women’s fiction and memoirs. We will reserve 15 copies of each title to be given out on a first-come basis. Our book discussion groups are open to everyone! If you have any questions please ask!
Charcuturie Board Workshop
September 12 @ 11AM
We’ll be taste testing some different meats, cheeses, and complimentary treats while talking about creating a decorative layout with food and balancing flavors.

Library Card Design Contest
Design Submission: Aug. 31st – Sept. 28th
Children ages 4 to 18 living in Cloud County are invited to design a library card with their own unique artwork. Submit your design to enter the contest for a chance to make your design an official FCL library card.
Please review the contest guidelines and the submission form. You can pick up a physical form at the Library. If you require alternative submissions for digital artwork or photography, please contact us.
Community Voting: Oct. 5th – 31st
On Oct. 5th we will post the contest entries for a community-wide vote! Visit the Library before Oct. 31st to view the artwork in person, request a ballot, and vote for a winner in each age group.
All artwork will be anonymous during the voting period.
Announcement of Winners: Nov. 6th
Based on popular vote, we will announce the three designs that will be made into official FCL Library cards to be released in January of 2027!
